Aged for 12 years in New American Oak, this spirit is divided into one of three barrels - Madeira (63%), Sauternes (30%), and Port (7%). After reaching perfection through finishing, it's expertly blended to create a harmonious blend of flavors. Beginning as a grand experiment, it became the first Rye whiskey of its kind, offering Rye's full splendor and more. Similar to a fine wine, Old World Rye boasts rich fruit and spice notes, making it an excellent companion for a grand meal.
