    From a mash bill of 95% rye, and 5% barley, this whiskey shows a classic rye nose of grass, butterscotch, and banana. On the palate, look for caramel, honey and a distinctive spiced peach note. Add a rock and you're good to go! Aged for minimum 2 years in charred barrels.
