    This bright gold whiskey gets its name from the Japanese word for “Phoenix” with a nod to the distillery rising from the ashes after facing two different natural disasters. Complex aromas unfold in the glass, with a range from floral and herbal to crisp fruit. On the palate this whiskey is smooth and well blended, with riper fruit flavors and a slight nutty vanilla on the finish.
