2004 Caparzo “La Casa” Brunello di Montalcino (Tuscany, IT) 6R

Caparzo's first Brunello di Montalcino was released in 1970, when only 13 producers were in the region. Caparzo's extensive vineyards, spread across Montalcino's varied soils, elevations, and exposures, greatly influence the wine. Their approach is seen as offering a full representation of Montalcino's diverse terroir, resulting in a harmonious and complete style of wine.
