    The Van Hunks Brut is entirely sourced from Stellenbosch fruit and aged on the lees, within the bottle you’re holding, for 36 months.T he extended lees-aging gives a creaminess that coats the palate adding wonderful complexity far beyond the finish. The wine is quite dry, coming in at 6.4 g/l of RS.
