This blend of 100% Chardonnay consists of 80% from the base vintage and 20% from reserve wines, highlighting the chalky soils of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. Some portions of this cuvée are aged in 228-liter casks, which reduces acidity and adds texture. Despite being an Extra-Brut with a dosage of 0-3g/L, the texture is surprisingly rich and creamy, with a delicate mousse that gently envelops the palate. The wine displays vibrant citrus notes, fresh-baked biscuits with lemon curd, as well as green apple, pear, and peach.
