The farm of Cristina and Gelmino Dal Bosco sits in the heart of the Soave Classico production area, growing world class Garganega grapes for one of Italy’s most treasured wines, Soave. Le Battistelle started in 2002 when the family chose to make their own wines, rather than selling their grapes to the local wine Cooperative. Located on the Castellaro hill, Le Battistelle sits on a perfect plot of volcanic soil, creating the best expressions of the Garganega grape.
