NV J. Lassalle Brut Rose (Champagne, FR)

NV J. Lassalle Brut Rose (Champagne, FR)

Aromas reveal notes of licorice, a characteristic of well-matured Pinot Noir. This is followed by the delicate emergence of red fruit scents, notably strawberry and cherry, lending a subtly sweet and alluring essence. Upon tasting, a refined mineral quality, reminiscent of saline, becomes apparent on the palate.

    About The Producer

    J. Lassalle

Many credit J. Lassalle as one of the pioneering growers who helped bring grower Champagne to prominence in the U.S., thanks to the legendary importer Kermit Lynch. Lassalle was one of Kermit's earliest discoveries in the 1970s. The family domain was founded by Jules Lassalle in 1942 on the Montagne de Reims. After his passing in 1982, his wife Olga took over winemaking, followed by their daughter Chantal, and later, in 2006, by Chantal’s daughter Angeline. J. Lassalle's champagnes are renowned for their elegance, precision, and balance, a result of decades of dedication and hard work.
