This Grower Producer cuvée is a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, fermented and rested in a tank before aging on its lees for 39 months. The nose reveals an initial hint of cream on toast, yellow stone fruits, lemon curd, shortbread, and a floral touch. The palate is moderately weighted with flavors of red apple, tree fruits, some cream, and clay minerality. It is enjoyable now and promises to delight over the next decade.
