Slightly more fruit and body thanks to warmer climates and riper grapes
Everyone at Land of Saints is obsessed with the beautiful land their grapes are grown on, and their goal is to create wines that encapsulate a true sense of place. This mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc, the first bottling from winemaker Angela Osborne, is all juicy California goodness and refined minerality. Flavors of ripe apple, pear, and bell pepper, with a tart citrus flair. A real joy to drink!
About The Varietal
Sauvignon Blanc is a white-wine grape originating from western France, and it has achieved success in both emerging and established wine regions globally. This grape variety is known for producing lightly colored, aromatic, and dry white wines with a refreshing acidity.
Enjoy with spring vegetables, soft cheeses, or aromatic herbs and delicate spices.
About The Producer
In a collaboration involving Angela and Jason Osborne from A Tribute to Grace Wine Company and Manuel Cuevas from C2 Cellars, they first encountered each other during the 2013 vintage. Since then, discussions about sunshine, moon signs, and their diverse Kiwi/Cornish/Mexican-American backgrounds have persisted. Hailing from three distinct corners of the world, they are brought together by their shared affection for California and the diverse wine expressions found in Santa Barbara County.
