Vidiano
Vidiano is an ancient white grape variety originating from the island of Crete. Despite its near extinction less than 25 years ago, there’s been a recent resurgence, albeit on a small scale. Vidiano wines typically showcase fresh acidity and a wide array of fruit flavors including lime, quince, peach, and even mango.
