2022 So Far Out Chillable Red (Central Coast, CA) 2R

This red wine is light, refreshing, and perfect when served chilled, making it an ideal choice for warm summer days at the beach, outdoor BBQs, or simply relaxing with friends. The blend is crafted to showcase the unique characteristics of the terroir and the varietals used.

    About The Varietal

    Valpolicella Blend

A Valpolicella Blend consists of the three native red grape varieties cultivated in the Veneto region of Italy. The key players are Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, which is the trio behind Valpolicella DOC wines. These same grapes are the components of the esteemed Amarone wines, where they undergo a partial drying process to produce these rich, supple wines.

    About The Producer

    So Far Out

So Far Out is a collaboration between Field Recordings, organic grape grower Mike Testa, and Los Angeles wine veteran Jamil Williams. The winery focuses on producing delicious, everyday organic wines from Santa Barbara County that are both sustainable and affordable. With vineyards carefully chosen by Testa for their high-quality organic grapes, So Far Out aims to offer accessible wines while maintaining exceptional quality.
