On our Les Valls-Les Torres estate, nestled 600 meters above sea level within a Natural Park, we cultivate the native Xarel-lo grape, the emblematic variety of the Penedès region. From these grapes, we craft our organic white wine, Cosmic. This Xarel-lo is our freshest and most aromatic, thanks to its blend with Sauvignon Blanc, which imparts a vibrant freshness, creating a perfect balance between the two varieties.
