A red blend with French inspiration at its core, led by Cinsaut. The co-fermentation of Cinsaut and Syrah over a two-week period lends both color and texture. For an aromatic touch, a hint of Grenache from Rancho Réal was thoughtfully added. The aging process took place in neutral barrels and stainless steel to preserve the wine's character.
