Since its renaming in 1945, Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret adheres faithfully to the Burgundy tradition, cultivating an extensive vineyard. Currently encompassing around 30 hectares, the estate spans 35 different appellations, producing Chardonnay-based white Burgundy and primarily Pinot Noir-based red wines in the finest terroirs of the Côte d'Or. According to Robert Parker, the winemaking style is characterized by extracting rich, supple, and concentrated fruit from the grapes. The wines exhibit well in their youth but also age gracefully for 10-15 years.
