About The Varietal
Erbaluce is an Italian grape variety known for its refreshing character, with historical records of its presence in Piedmont dating back to 1606. It is utilized to create both dry and sparkling wines. In its local region, it is highly regarded for producing vibrant white wines, but it is not commonly grown in areas beyond northern Piedmont.
