2021 Dobbes Estate "Crater View" Grenache Blanc (Rogue Valley, OR) 5W

Dobbes Estate was the first to grow and make Grenache Blanc in Oregon - and it is still quite the rarity in the region! Delicate floral and citrus aromas lead to a layered palate, featuring wet stone, pineapple and a hint of vanilla. This vibrant, acid driven white can be enjoyed in its youth but has also proven excellent for aging.

    About The Varietal

    Grenache Blanc

Grenache Blanc is a white grape variety that evolved from the darker-skinned Grenache Noir. While it originates from northeastern Spain, Grenache Blanc is most renowned for its contribution to southern French white wines, especially as a component of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape blend.
