The Tête d’Or is a cuvée made from a blend of the village's highest quality parcels all within the Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru appellation, and comes from vines of at least 30 years of age. Aromatically, the wine shows floral blossom, flinty minerality, with green and yellow citrus. The texture is silky, smooth, and rich. Pair with baked halibut, seafood paella, or mussels.
