Chelti Heritage Saperavi Qvevri 2019 is crafted from hand-selected, superior-quality Saperavi grapes, harvested from the Chelti vineyards in the village of Shilda, located in Georgia's Kakheti region. Produced by the Mirianashvili family winery, the wine benefits from the unique micro-climate shaped by the nearby Caucasus Mountains and the Chelti River. Fermented using wild yeast in traditional Qvevri, an 8,000-year-old Georgian winemaking technique, this wine is rich and concentrated with deep dark fruit flavors. Designed for longevity, it has the potential for extended aging in the bottle, offering complexity and depth over time.
