Aged for 23 months in 90% New French and Hungarian Oak barrels, this blend offers bold flavors, strong tannins, and a full-bodied profile. Sourced from prestigious Napa regions like Pritchard Hill, Howell Mountain, Atlas Peak, and Rockwell Ridge estate vineyard, it boasts rich notes of red cherries, black fruits, and hints of coffee.
Similar to the inaugural 2013 Audēre, it's sure to please, and the label even glows in the dark - a fun surprise when the lights go out!
About The Varietal
A red Bordeaux blend primarily consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, supplemented by smaller amounts of Malbec and Petit Verdot, with Carmenere occasionally included. While the term naturally applies to red wines from Bordeaux, it is also suitable for wines produced beyond the region, such as those from California, Washington, Argentina, and other locations.
