The 2015 vintage, in this case, is sourced from four parcels in Villers-Marmery. These parcels feature chalky south and east-facing soils with an average vine age of 35 years. The resulting champagne boasts a beautiful creamy mousse, presenting a full and enduring palate that combines richness with refreshing citrus notes.
