2022 Trois Noix Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley, CA) 4W

A very floral style of Sauvignon Blanc with a nose of elderflower, candied white peach and honeydew over a core of lemon peel. Medium-bodied, crisp and pure with vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and lots of delicate layers; it has a long steely finish. It pairs fantastically with oysters, fresh pasta with homemade pesto, and pretty much any dish that features goat cheese.

    About The Varietal

    Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is a white-wine grape originating from western France, and it has achieved success in both emerging and established wine regions globally. This grape variety is known for producing lightly colored, aromatic, and dry white wines with a refreshing acidity.

    About The Producer

    Trois Noix

Winemaker, Jamie Araujo's, family has been making world-class wines in Napa Valley for over 25 years. Despite spending a significant portion of those years residing in Europe, Jaime returned to Napa Valley with the aspiration of crafting a wine that mirrors her personal experiences and captures what she values most in wine: the connections with people and the sense of community. The name "Trois Noix," translating to "Three Nuts," pays tribute to our founder's affection for France and her dedication to utilizing wine as a force for positive social impact.
