This organic wine is crafted by Florian Mathieu using carefully selected older vines that thrive on limestone-rich soil in the Aspiran plateau at the core of Languedoc. It exhibits a pale gold hue with a subtle greenish tint. When you take a whiff, you'll encounter scents of apples and pears with a touch of orange.
On the palate, it unveils flavors of orange blossom accompanied by notes of pear and apple, and a subtle presence of peach and lychees. The wine features a delicate tannin structure reminiscent of green tea.
