About The Varietal
Sauvignon Gris is a mutation of the Sauvignon Blanc grape with pink berries. While it likely originated around Bordeaux, it has adapted well in Chile and is also found in other parts of the wine world, including Uruguay, New Zealand, the United States, and Switzerland.
