It's produced exactly the same as Poderi Sanguineto's Vino Nobile, only it hasn't been aged as long. This is a perfect pizza/pasta pairing!

Born and raised in the countryside as the youngest of nine children, Dora returned to the family farm, rediscovering her enduring connection to the land from her childhood. She learned the art of winegrowing from her father and gradually took over the farm, shifting its focus towards wine production. Dora's deep passion for cultivating the land, dedication to indigenous Italian varietals, and love for winemaking inspired her wife, Patrizia, to share in this passion.
