The 2018 Phoenix is an enticing blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc, matured for 20 months in French oak barrels, with 80% being new oak. About The Varietal
A red Bordeaux blend primarily consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, supplemented by smaller amounts of Malbec and Petit Verdot, with Carmenere occasionally included.
