Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping at The Urban Grape.

Cancellations of your order are only possible before the order is processed at our store.

Fed-Ex requires the signature of a person who is 21+ if your package contains wine. Fed-Ex cannot leave a package without an appropriate signature and will attempt to redeliver three times before returning the package to The Urban Grape. If your wine has been returned to us we will contact you regarding reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply. The Urban Grape does not accept responsibility for wine that is returned to us if there is not a person of legal age to sign for the wine upon delivery.

If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, you must file a claim with Fed-Ex for the amount of your purchase. Damaged or broken items are not the responsibility of The Urban Grape.

We accept returns for 30 days after your purchase is processed and your credit card is charged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you are returning an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Urban Grape does not guarantee a return on items that it does not receive. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Because of the fragile nature of shipping wine, all returns must be mailed in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse damaged returns that were not mailed in their original protective packaging. 

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

All returns will be processed for a store credit. Notification of your store credit will be emailed to you within five days of receipt of your return. 

To return your product, please mail your order in its original packaging to: Special Orders Department, The Urban Grape, 303 Columbus Avenue, Boston, MA 02116.
