Please complete the form below. Upon receipt, the UG staff will compile your order and email you with an estimate for approval. Once approval is received your credit card will be charged and you will be notified of your pick-up or delivery date.

Orders received, paid for and picked up before November 22nd at Noon will receive a 10% per bottle or 20% per case discount.  Free delivery offered on orders of $150 and above to the following communities: Chestnut Hill, Newton, Brookline, Kenmore, South End, Back Bay and Beacon Hill. Delivery also available to other communities, please call The Urban Grape at 617.232.4831 for delivery fee information.
