Sometimes in life, you just stumble into an unexpected great moment, a moment that stays with you your whole life and helps to define your tastes. For TJ, one of those moments happened a few years ago at a Boston Harbor Hotel Wine Festival dinner. Hanging around after the dinner, he was invited by Chef Daniel Bruce to taste through a flight of Chateau d’Yquem. And a love affair with sweet and fortified wines was born. Look for our sweet and fortified wine seminars to see what all of the fuss is about! Here are some of our favorite sweet and fortified wines at the store right now: Warre’s Otima 10 Year Port – $27
2008 Jorge Ordonez Malaga – $22
2010 Michel Chapoutier Banyuls – $28 |
