Fermentation Naturelle, also known as “Pet Nat” is a winemaking technique that dates back to the earliest days of sparkling wine production. The bubbles in the bootle are captured during the primary fermentation, which gives these wines an undeniably wild, yeasty flavor profile. This particular wine has a bit of copper color thanks to skin contact during fermentation. It’s naturally light bodied, but with ample fruit and spice. Hadley loves to serve this to guests as they arrive, or pop a bottle for herself while she’s making dinner!
