The Vesselle Brut Reserve is made up of 80% Pinot Noir & 20% Chardonnay with bright flavors of raw strawberries, white pepper & freshly basked biscotti. The elegant Reserve is fermented with all indigenous yeast and spends at least 3 years in bottle before its release. A gentle hint of lemon oil and hazelnut in the finish rounds out this balanced beauty for a layered, complex sparkling vino.
