Four grapes are vinified separately in amphorae that are buried underground and then blended together for years of additional aging in both amphorae and large oak barrels. Made with native yeasts, with no fining or filtration. A funky wine, made in concert with the phases of the moon and the land. The wine has dried fruit flavors of apricot and fig, with unmistakable baking spice notes.
