2013 Boundary Breaks Ovid Line North Riesling
(Finger Lakes, New York)
More than any other American wine region, the Finger Lakes of upstate New York has devoted itself to Riesling. This Riesling has a good depth of citrus lime fruit and is rounded with bright acidity. Off-dry, yet not cloying, this Riesling is a knockout paired with a Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich!
2015 Cooper Mountain Vineyards Cooper Hill Pinot Gris
(Willamette Valley, Oregon)
Oregon’s most popular white wine, Pinot Gris is a fresh, fruity white that goes perfectly with fall cuisine. This organic Pinot Gris displays flavors of pear, apple and melon fruits accented with a wisp of herbal and a touch of mineral. This versatile white would feel right at home next to some turkey, stuffing, and roasted root veggies!
2014 James Bryant Hill Pinot Noir
(Central Coast, California)
James Bryant Hill’s Pinot Noir is a sustainably grown Pinot that will become an instant star at your thanksgiving table. This Pinot has a light ruby color, with bright raspberry, cherry-cola, and earth. While Pinot Noir would pair well with just about anything on your Thanksgiving table, our favorite pairings would be cheesy potato gratin, or green bean casserole (both covered in gravy)!
2014 Guenoc Winery Petite Sirah
Full-bodied and rich, this Guenoc Petite Sirah boasts fruit-forward flavors of blueberry, red raspberry, and blackberry complemented by hints of clove, and cinnamon. Its velvety tannins and oak notes round out the palate, adding to the long finish of bright berry fruits and cocoa. Pair this wine with spicy Italian sausage stuffing!
