9.21.17 Harvest Picks for Fall! 5-8PM
Nick from Vineyard Road helps us say goodbye to summer with a line-up of our favorite red grape varietals to open this Fall: Pinot Noir from Holloran Vineyards in Willamette, Domaine de Palus Cabernet Franc from Chinon, and two Garnacha / Carignena Blends from Alvaro Palacios from Priorat.
9.22.17 Friday Night Delights: Lamplighter Brewing & Craft Tequila Tasting! 5-8PM
Brand New to UG, Cambridge’s Lamplighter Brewing owners both hold some serious educational degrees (molecular biology, biochemistry, mathematics, accounting, culinary arts just to name a few). Brewing out of a 10,000 square foot old car garage, Lamplighter focuses on “aroma-packed, funky, and flavor-driven ales” while experimenting with yeast and constantly brewing new one-off batches. Come taste what all the local buzz is about!
Resident Mixologist, John Mayer showcases a range of Tequila from Blanco to Anejo from distilleries such as Fortaleza and Don Fulano! We’ll also taste the popular small-batch Philippine rum Don Papa!
9.23.17 Alexana Winery & Sap House Meadery! 3-6PM
Dylan from Willamette Valley, Oregon’s Alexana Winery showcases cool climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling to welcome in fall festivities!
Mead is the oldest fermented beverage in the world; predating grape wine and beer – going back to the Egyptians over 7000 years ago. Fast forward to modern day, where mead production has taken off in New England! Maine Mead Works will be featuring their lineup of HoneyMaker meads, and NH-based, Sap House Meadery features their local meads including their Sugar Maple, Vanilla Bean and Honeyberry which will be sure to add a touch of sweetness to your day!
9.25.17 GEEKOUT WITH UG: Spanish Sidra: Ciders of Basque Country! 6:00-7:30 PM
Ken Zuckerman of Ciders of Spain features Spanish ciders paired with tradtional delicacies that highlight their food friendly qualities! Learn about one of the world’s most storied & food friendly beverages including traditional methods of production, Spanish cider regions, top producers and food pairings!

9.28.17 Old World Winemaking on the American Frontier! The Wines of Rajat Parr! 5-8PM
Rajat Parr is a three time James Beard Award-winning author, sommelier, and winemaker behind three projects making serious waves in the wine world: Sandhi, Domaine de la Côte, and Evening Land. Along with his partner Sashi Moorman, Rajat is making terroir-expressive, age-worthy Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vineyards in Santa Barbara County and Eola-Amity Hills in Oregon.

Sarah Barry showcases the high altitude influenced wines of Mendoza, Argentina’s historic Bodega Catena Zapata. These Chardonnays, Malbecs and Cabernet Sauvignon are sure to pair with all your fall weekend festivities!
