Floor Staff (8): Ideal candidates have hospitality and/or restaurant experience and are engaging and enthusiastic with a love of wine, beer, spirits, conversation and sales. Our sales associates work as wine concierges to our clients; therefore, outstanding customer service and a willingness to work one on one with customers is essential. However, we are not wine snobs. We believe in making wine fun for everyone. Applicants do not need to know everything there is to know about wine, but a working knowledge and a demonstrated ability to learn about wine are essential. But, we hire on personality first!

Events and marketing experience are mandatory. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented while also being a creative thinker. Must be an independent worker with great self-motivation. Duties will include managing the special order process, working with distributors to fulfill special orders, working with clients to plan in-home tastings and corporate events, and supporting marketing initiatives. This job has great potential for growth.

This person must be physically able to move large amounts of wine all day. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are also mandatory. Applicants must be trust-worthy and self-motivated.

- comfortable creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store
- self-motivated individuals who are excited to be employees in a growing business venture
